mrc releases video white paper: Why web translation is no longer optional
December 2011 Lombard, IL - Today, software developer michaels, ross & cole, ltd. (mrc)
announces the release of a new educational "
video white paper."
It aims to teach businesses about the growing
importance of web application translation and dispel a few commonly held language misconceptions. The white
paper is presented in a video format as it better suits the white paper's message, and is more accessible to
the rising number of smartphone users than a traditional white paper.
The video white paper was created to address a growing issue: The web opens up businesses to a global audience,
yet the vast majority of English-speaking businesses ignore this opportunity. As internet adoption rates increase
across the globe, businesses can no longer afford to avoid web application translation.
To help combat this growing issue, the video white paper offers businesses some educational information about
language and translation, such as:
- How translation can help a business. Web translation isn't just for B2C companies doing business online. The white paper outlines 5 different ways that web application translation could help businesses.
- Little-known language facts. Those living in English-speaking countries often ignore translation because they believe a few common language misconceptions. The white paper dispels these misconceptions with a few important, but little-known language facts.
"Many businesses want new ways to get ahead in the down economy, yet ignore the answer that's right in front of them," says Sal Stangarone, mrc's Senior Product Consultant. "These companies need to understand the importance of translation and just how much business could improve if they simply reached out to a global audience."
The video white paper can be found here: Video White Paper: Why web translation is no longer optional. For additional information about mrc or m-Power, visit www.mrc-productivity.com. Contact mrc via phone at 630.916.0662; via fax at 630.916.0663; via e-mail at mrc@mrc-productivity.com
