Happy Holidays (plus, mrc giveaway winner announced)!

HappyHolidaysFirst, I’d like to start off with a sincere “Thank You” to everyone who has taken the time out of their days to read this blog over the past year. I hope you’ve found it useful and informative. If there are any topics you’d like to see covered in the coming year, please feel free to let me know in the comments.

Secondly, I’d like to congratulate this year’s winner of the mrc Giveaway: Michael Bennett! Michael will soon be the proud owner of a brand new iPad Mini! Thank you for all those that entered the giveaway this year, and make sure you stay tuned right here for the 2014 Giveaway, which will be announced in early-mid 2014.

Finally, from all of us here at mrc, we wish safe travels and a very happy holiday season!

There’s still time to win an iPad Mini!

AnnouncementJust a quick reminder…our 2013 Giveaway is still open, but only for a couple of weeks more. This means there’s still time to win an iPad Mini, just in time for the holidays. How can you enter? Just complete this short survey, and you’re in!

What about the rules?

Yes, there are a few rules: You must be at least 18 years old and a current subscriber to the weekly Cup of Joe email to be eligible to win. If you don’t already receive the Cup of Joe email, just enter your email address in the box on the right side of this page. Incomplete surveys are not eligible to win, and your answers do not affect your chances of winning. Duplicate entries will be removed, so simply completing the survey multiple times will not increase your chances of winning. A winner will be chosen at random on Friday, December 20th at 10 a.m. (Central Time). We will announce the winner here on the blog, so stay tuned!

Good luck!

Why are we giving away an iPad?

We’re giving away an iPad to highlight m-Power’s unique approach to mobile/tablet application development. In case you’re unfamiliar with m-Power, it’s a web application development platform that automatically generates smartphone and tablet apps every time it builds a web application. You can learn more about m-Power’s approach to mobile right here. Or, you can even try m-Power for yourself with the free m-Power Trial.

How can you enter?

There are two ways to enter our 2012 iPad Giveaway, and you can enter once using each method (for a total of 2 entries). Here’s how to enter:

  1. Twitter: Follow @mrcproductivity and just re-tweet the most recent tweet.
  2. Survey: Complete this short survey.

Simple enough, right? Good luck!
