1. Go to Actions/Junk E-mail/Select Junk E-mail Options
2. Select Safe Senders Tab
3. Click Add
4. Enter mrc-productivity.com

1. Address Book> Contacts> Add Contact
2. Enter mrc-productivity.com
3. Save and Close

Gmail

Add mrc-productivity.com to your contacts list:

The quickest way is to send a blank email to joe.stangarone@mrc-productivity.com with Subscribe in the Subject. mrc should appear on the left hand side in your contacts list. Or, do the following.

1. Click Contacts on the left side of the screen.
2. Click Create Contact.
3. Type: mrc-productivity.com in the Name: field and click Save.

If you see a message that should not be in your Spam folder, select it and click the 'Not Spam' button to teach Gmail not to throw away emails from that sender.

Hotmail

To add mrc to your Safe List:

1. Click Contacts on the main menu tabs
2. Click Safe List on the left
3. Type: mrc-productivity.com in the text field and click the Add button.

If you see a message that should not be in your Junk Mail folder, select it and click 'This is not Junk Mail' to teach Hotmail not to throw away emails from that sender.

Yahoo! Mail

This may look more complicated than it is; bear with us.

1. Click the main Mail tab, then click Options.
2. Click Filters.
3. Click Add Filter.
4. In the top row, labeled "From header:" make sure Contains is selected in the pull-down menu. Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then type mrc-productivity.com. At the bottom, where it says "Move the Message To:" select Inbox from the pull-down menu.
5. Click the Add Filter button again.

If a mrc email has been filtered to your "bulk" folder, simply open the message and click on the "This is not Spam" link next to the "From" field.

AOL

To add mrc-productivity.com to your allowed senders list:

1. Go to keyword: Mail Controls.

How to add mrc to Your Whitelist

Please refer to the following whitelisting instructions you can use to whitelist mrc, depending on the filtering solution you use. If your filtering solution isn't listed here, consult your documentation.

Spam Cop

If you're using Spam Cop to filter your incoming e-mail, you can exempt your mrc-productivity.com e-mail from the filtering process by adding "joe.stangarone@mrc-productivity.com" to your whitelist. Here's how:


1) Open your browser and go to this page: http://webmail.spamcop.net/
2) Log into your SpamCop account
3) Click on the "Options" icon in the toolbar
4) Under Mail Management (in the middle), click "Spam Cop Tools"
5) Select "Manage your personal whitelist"
6) Near the bottom, Click where it reads "Click here to add to your whitelist"
7) Enter "joe.stangarone@mrc-productivity.com" in the first empty slot
8) Click "Submit"
9) Repeat steps 6-8 and add *@mrc-productivity.com




Barracuda

After logging into your quarantine interface, you can use the PREFERENCES tab to change your account password, modify your quarantine and spam settings, and manage your whitelist and blacklist.

To whitelist or blacklist senders, follow these steps:
1. Go to the PREFERENCES-->Whitelist/Blacklist page. A list of your existing whitelisted and blacklisted addresses appears on this page.
2. To delete a whitelist or a blacklist entry, click the trash can icon next to the address.
3. To add an entry, type mrc-productivity.com into the appropriate field, and click the corresponding Add button.



CleanMyMailbox:

1. Click on the White List button.
2. Add mrc-productivity.com to the bottom of your existing list.
3. Click the Submit List button.

If you find mrc email is filtered to your spambox, click on the white "W" icon on the left column of the mailing. When the pop-up window comes up, simply click the Add to Whitelist button.

Cloudmark SpamNet:

1. Select Tools > Options... Cloudmark Desktop|Safety Bar in Outlook.
2. Click Advanced.
3. Go to the White-list tab.
4. Click the Add button and add mrc-productivity.com to your white list.
5. Click OK.

If an email you want to receive is filtered to your Spam Folder, simply select it and click Unblock to teach SpamNet not to throw away emails from that sender. If Cloudmark continues to throw away the newsletter, highlight it and click Unblock twice.

MailWasher:

1. Click Tools, then Blacklist & Friends.
2. Click Add... on the Friends list side.
3. Type: *@mrc-productivity.com
4. Click OK.

McAfee Spamkiller:

1. Click Friends from the sidebar.
2. Click Add.

SpamAssassin

Add the following entry to your user_prefs file, which is found in the /.spamassassin subdirectory on your server: whitelist_from_rcvd *@mrc-productivity.com

Save the user_prefs file or move the updated copy to your .spamassassin subdirectory.

1. Click the Configure button.
2. Click the Known Senders tab.
3. Click Add under 'Known Good Senders and Recipients'

Spameater Pro:

1. Click Filters from the sidebar.
2. Click the Approved Senders tab.
3. Click Add Filter.
4. Type: mrc-productivity.com under Address.
5. Choose 'Full Email Address' under Address Type.
6. Select Email Domain.
7. Click OK.

Spam Interceptor:

1. Click Authentication Lists, then Trusted.
2. Enter the email address: *@mrc-productivity.com
3. Click Add.

SpamPal:

1. Click on the SpamPal system tray icon with the right mouse button.
2. Click 'Add to Whitelist' from the menu.
3. Type: *@mrc-productivity.com
4. Click OK.

Spam Sleuth:

1. Select File, then Configure.
2. Go to the Friends category.
3. Make sure Active is checked.
4. Type: *@mrc-productivity.com on a line by itself in the entry field.
5. Click OK.

Other providers:
If mrc email is being filtered, try adding mrc-productivity.com to your Address Book, Contact list, or Safe Senders list. If this option is not available, try moving the message to your 'inbox' or forwarding the message to yourself.
