Servlet Calendar

Creating a Calendar Inquiry is almost the same as standard retrieval servlet but there are some special considerations when using the Calendar Template under the Retrieval Tab.

Note: The first sequence key must be a date field (including numeric field as date)

Configuring the Date

Many customers utilize different date formats. With this in mind, m-Power ships with the ability to modify the calendar application to accept your date format. To do this, build your application, then click on the m-Painter icon.

In the toolbar, click the “Application Properties” icon (circled above).

Under the Program Options tab, look for the “mrcDTfmt” parameter.

Select (or type, if you are using the Classic Calendar Template, rather than the Web 2.0 Calendar) your date format. Click OK. Click the “Save and Deploy” icon.

Congratulations, you have successfully configured your calendar application.
