I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I am the new marketing manager at mrc, and I am very excited to be the new editor of the mrc newsletter. I would like to thank Tracy Doell, our director of communications and current newsletter guru, who will be moving on to other mrc projects.
I am eager to announce a new feature to mrc’s newsletter, beginning this month. The Hotline Question of the Month feature highlights the most popular question or concern that our customer base has brought to our product specialists in the past few weeks.
