Dear reader,
As the new editor of News & Views, I want
to tell you about some of the changes that our newsletter will be experiencing in the next
few months.
 To begin, please join me in bidding a fond farewell to News & Views editor, Tracy Doell, who is leaving us to pursue other opportunities within mrc. While we are sad to see her go, we are happy that she will still be around to impart us with sage wisdom and advice. We wish her the best!
I would also like to announce that as of January 2002, our newsletter is solely available electronically. You’ll be able to receive it via e-mail or by going to a link on our Web site. If you’re not currently receiving it electronically, please send your e-mail information to news@mrc-productivity.com, and we will be sure to add you to the list. We wouldn’t want you to miss all the fun!
We would also like to hear what is on your mind, so each month we will publish one of your letters with your name and your company information if you include it. Please feel free to include suggestions for the types of articles that you would be interested in reading, topics you would be interested in learning more about. I had the pleasure of meeting many of our readers in Minneapolis at COMMON last week. It was great to put names with faces, and I look forward to doing it again! It was a lot of fun!
