mrc Customer Portal

mrc's newly re-designed Customer portal was created using m-Power and has more of a dashboard feel.

Here's what you can do with it:

  1. Software Updates: Your current software information is displayed with a customized link to help you get to the proper software update you need.

  2. This section lets you order an additional database license directly.

  3. Training/Education display informs you when your staff last had training, and also allows your users to schedule training through the portal, should they wish to sharpen their skills

  4. mrc Help Desk Support/Report: mrc is so confident in its support track record, that we are displaying a graph that demonstrates how quickly individual customer issues are resolved

  5. Custom Help Desk Support/Report: This graph provides detailed information of issues/problems reported to the help desk by your particular company, and their current status.

    Here are some key performance indicators you should watch for:

    • If you haven't had training in a while, but you have a large number of help desk calls, education may be a less expensive option.


    • If your help desk issues are taking longer to be resolved than the average mrc customer, check with both mrc and your users to see where the lag time is.


    • If you haven't had training OR a help desk question in a long time, chances are your users are either not aware of, or not making use of, the most current capabilities available, which means you are not getting your money's worth.


  6. Drop down site menu: Easy drop down menu lets clients navigate to a number of other useful mrc information sites including mrc’s Forum, and its series of online manuals.

  7. Help Desk history/Help Request: This section lets you see the history of past help desk resolutions, current pending issues, and allows you to notify support directly of new issues.

  8. Display shows history of consulting jobs, and allows customers to request new consulting projects directly through portal.
