| Bring the power of SQL to your m-Power applications |
 |
SQL is a very powerful language, but users aren't always aware of how they can use it in their m-Power applications, or why they should. (There's an easy way with external objects!)
The fact is, whether you're maintaining files based on user actions, performing mass updates based on simple inputs, or even doing edit checks, using SQL to accomplish these (and more) means applying a portability and flexibility (any platform/any database) that other languages such as RPG and COBOL can't offer--and SQL is much easier to learn than Java.
