I want to display the 'Customer Name' only on
the first line of the detail level of a report instead of repeating it for all of the records for that
customer.
How can I determine how I display the value of the field on the detail level
of the servlet report?

This section is for customers only and is password-protected.
This month's featured update: Replaced older pop-up calendar with simpler-to-configure JavaScript pop-up calendar.
Before, the popup calendar needed to be configured to tell the window where to open a new window, on the screen at position X,Y.
The new pop-up calendar is automatically positioned under the form input field so you do not need to tell it where to open a window and it works well at any screen resolution.
