Multiple m-Painter updates...
- m-Painter now handles calculation expressions that include edit codes (e.g. F _expr).
- m-Painter can handle any application with an unlimited number of fields.
- m-Painter enhances 'delete column' feature and allows reports to retain subtotal heading lines.
- m-Painter also improved to retain the data table when the 'delete column' option is used within a table header cell.
