| Top "10" lists and the power of Web 2.0 |

Understanding the significance of the updates to m-Power, and what these "Web 2.0" changes can mean for you can sometimes be hard to comprehend.
But, this quick example demonstrates just how easy Web 2.0 can actually be.
Let's say you want to create a Top 10 report to show the top 10 sales totals by product or customer. By creating a Web report in m-Power, and simply changing parameters in the URL itself, you can display the data you want to display.
First, click this example»
See how it is displaying Sales by Customer, Product? And it's displaying the top 10 products sold?
If you want to see the top 15, instead of the top 10...simply go to the URL, and find top10=10 and replace it with top10=15. Hit Enter. You'll now see 15 displayed.
Now, if you want to see the top 15 sales by customers, instead of product, go to the URL and replace PRDNO=1 with CUSNO=1.
Wait, did you want to see the bottom 10, instead, in ascending order? Go to the URL and replace sort_typ=1 with sort_typ=2.
Pretty cool, eh?
If you want to try it yourself, here's the documentation to make a "Top 10-style" Web 2.0 report.
