  • No holds barred: What would you like to change?

With 2003 approaching its close, and 2004 looming bright with change...I want to know what you, our readers, would find most useful to learn more about.

With our weekly "cup of joe"
e-mails, and this monthly newsletter, our goal is to provide you with useful industry news, insight on the issues we have expertise in, and educational or technical tidbits. So,
I want to hear what you think about these emails.

Are they helpful? How often do you read them? How often do you delete them without opening them?

Is there anything that would make it more useful to you, personally? What would make you look forward to reading them?

We want these emails to be resources for you, so please let us know what you think would improve them.
    Don't be shy.

Just click here, and shoot me an e-mail, or give me a call, and we'll do our absolute best to make it happen.

    Have a wonderful holiday season!

    Sincerely,

    Heather Gately, mrc
