mrc's announced new templates today that will allow users to take advantage of and incorporate Web 2.X capabilities.
This announcement is the first of three to feature the new template advancements mrc will make live in the coming weeks.

| New helpdesk search feature |

In response to customer requests, mrc has added a brand new search feature to the customer portal that gives users the ability to search the helpdesk database with keywords to find answers to their questions.
In order to use it, go to the customer portal, sign in with your user name and password, and then click on the "search" link under Help Desk Support Issues heading.
