I go into our m-Power and each time I click on 'Manage Data' the program show me the Manage Applications menu instead. Is it an installation problem or just something to setup?
Issue was browser related, as customer reported when he tried a different internet browser (chrome) instead of the one he had been using (Internet Explorer) the problem no longer occurred. Instructed him to do some browser troubleshooting on his end. I.e. clear cache and cookies, make sure IE is updated to the latest version, make sure there are no possible browser extensions that could be interfering with m-Power.
