I have a task group with two tasks inside it. Each task is the 'Email a Report' option. Both tasks email a CSV file to me. One report is 60k records, the other is 5k records. The one with 60,000 records that gets sent I never receive the email, despite the logs showing it was sent.
Ran through the report configuration and task with the customer, and saw no issues with her setup. The root cause of the issue was the customer's mail server having a size limit on attached files, and only allowed a max file size of 10mb (Hence the reason she did not receiving the email). Customer found a valid workaround to reduce the file size by filtering the report down.
