Ticket #30826
Question
I have setup Row Level Security retrieval for an application but I am getting an SQL error and I cannot figure out what is causing it.
Answer
Informed customer when creating the Row Level Security retrieval, the third column in the application MUST be the value you are going to secure against. (In her case, the column she wanted to secure against was not the third column). If you want to secure by two different values, you'll need to have two separate Row Level Security Retrievals. They can utilize the same underlying database table, and simply just select a different column that has the values to secure against.
