I am finding it difficult to search through the FAQ. The FAQ only works with one word search then you have to search through 20 pages. If you put more than one word you find nothing.
The FAQ works behind the scenes by searching all ticket descriptions, resolutions, and the Ticket ID number as one large concatenated VARCHAR field. So naturally the more words you add into the search, the less likely you will return results because the FAQ is trying to find that exact string sequence in one of those fields. Searching by keywords or terminology (ex. 'Row Level Security') is likely to net more success.
