m-Power's new class of interactive reports encourages informed decision-making

January 2010 Lombard, IL - Today, software tool developer mrc announces a new class of reports for m-Power: The interactive reporting class. m-Power is software that modernizes legacy applications and rapidly creates web applications such as report-writing, business intelligence, executive dashboards, e-commerce, customer portals, and wireless applications to name a few.

The new interactive reporting class allows business leaders to make quick, yet informed decisions based on real-time information over any data in their database. It provides a clear view of high level data, along with the ability to drill down to even the finest of details. Here are a few notable features:

• It is intelligent. It understands your data. For example, if you ask it to display sales data for a particular product class, it will also highlight other selection parameters within that product class to help you more finely "focus the microscope" so to speak.
• It is comprehensive. It will display as much or as little data as you like. View all your sales data from the last few years, or drill down to specific quarters or months with just a few mouse clicks.
• It queries your database in real-time, providing the freshest data possible. When you change the selection criteria, the application automatically refreshes itself.
• It is easy to create. All of the features and functionality are already baked into the application. Users just need to select "interactive report" when choosing application type. Interactive reports can be built in around 15 minutes.
