The Application Support Consultant provides first-tier technical support to customers by email and phone. The role also touches many other parts of our company, including training, software testing, and creating technical documentation. Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal skills

How the role breaks down
Customer support
Provide first-tier technical support to customers by email and phone, and contribute to related work like software testing and technical documentation.
Customer training
Conduct m-Power training classes for small groups at mrc client sites nationwide. There is some travel, usually 3 to 5 days at a time and typically 1 to 2 times per month. You'll also help develop new training curriculums as needed.
Technical activities
Support a wide variety of internal projects, including software testing, technical documentation, and some application design.
